This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) addresses how Sirius XM Radio Inc. and its subsidiaries (“we”, “our” or “us”), collect, share, and protect information obtained from or about individuals interested in learning about our public affairs efforts when using this website (the “Site”). This Policy does not govern information collected from or about consumers in the context of the provision of audio streaming services by any of the SiriusXM brands, including SiriusXM, Pandora, and Stitcher or any activities unrelated to the Site. The Site is intended for use in North America only and does not solicit or intend to collect information from end users outside of North America.

We use your information to respond to your comments or inquiries, and to send you information you requested from us or that we think you may find interesting or useful about the audio entertainment industry and/or our related policy efforts, including if you sign up to receive the Capitol Hill Soundtrack Newsletter. We also collect information from you automatically when you interact with the Site (“Site Usage Data”).
